Our Experience
Channel 4
- We led the customer experience strategy and implementation on Channel 4's 4oD. 4oD was launched in nine months and was the first video-on-demand service launched by a UK terrestrial broadcaster.
- We developed product strategy and directed design, information architecture, customer research, prototyping and testing from initial design concepts through to the end product. We worked across marketing, editorial and branding strategy and managed editorial processes and population of final product.
- 4oD the Entertainment category and the Grand Prix at the British Interactive Media Awards in 2007. 4oD won the Best Launch from Promax and was a finalist for best new product at the Broadcast Digital Awards.
- We worked with Channel 4 on the strategy and implementation of Project Kangaroo, the joint venture video-on-demand service with ITV and BBC Worldwide due for launch in 2008.
